Leadership and team management skills to train and guide staff effectively
Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and cross-departmental collaboration
Familiarity with the manufacturing or polymers industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field
