The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations, implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections and testing, and identifying areas for improvement. The role will also involve training staff in quality procedures and collaborating with various departments to maintain product excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in quality control processes, quality assurance methodologies, and knowledge of standards and compliance requirements Experience in conducting product inspections, testing, and quality audits Strong analytical skills for process optimization and capability to identify areas for improvement Leadership and team management skills to train and guide staff effectively Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and cross-departmental collaboration Familiarity with the manufacturing or polymers industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field
