Customer Complaint Handling

• Attend and record WhatsApp complaints from customers promptly.
• Ensure quick response, resolution, and follow-up with the concerned team.
• Maintain a complaint tracker for review and analysis.

2. R.F. Complain Follow-up & Analysis

• Follow up on all R.F. (Return Fabric) complaints with Master and Production Team.
• Analyze reasons for complaints and implement corrective action.
• Submit a monthly report summarizing major complaint causes and resolutions.

3. Grey Fabric & Repairing

• Supervise Old Ghodi Painting work in the Grey Department.
• Coordinate all Grey Tempo repairing for Jung Daagi, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• More than 6 month old to return to party

4. Claim Tracking & Follow-up

• Conduct Claim Master-wise and Reason-wise follow-ups with Jayesh on:
• 2nd of every month
• 9th of every month
• 17th of every month
• 25th of every month
• Ensure all claim entries are closed with proper remarks and evidence.

5. Quality Control & Production Review

• Conduct weekly QC review meetings with Dhaval Sir.
• Review and analyze mistakes (complaints/claims) person-wise (FMS, QC, Production).
• Prepare a summary of action taken and improvements achieved.

6. Border Cut Summary (Vinus)

• Maintain and update Border Cut Summary Reports (Vinus) regularly.
• Identify repetitive border cut issues and coordinate preventive measures.

7. Restenter Summary Reports

• Collect and verify Restenter Summary Reports from Alka weekly.
• Review abnormal data or repeated process errors and escalate when required.

8. Damage & Checker Book Monitoring

• Supervise Major Checker Man Book for damage check and accountability.
• Record, monitor, and minimize recurring damage patterns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
