Position: Quality Control Executive
Department: Quality Assurance / Quality ControlLocation: Bachau ( Gandhidham)Experience Required: 3 – 7 YearsIndustry: Tube Manufacturing, Precision Components, Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspection of tubes (seamless, welded, alloy) and precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Measure and verify critical dimensions using precision instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Ultrasonic Gauges, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), and Surface Roughness Tester.
• Perform Material Test Reports (MTR) verification and ensure material traceability.
• Conduct in-process inspections, first article inspections (FAI), and final product inspections.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as ASTM, IS, API, ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) such as Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for tube integrity checks.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and quality records.
• Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) for ongoing quality monitoring and suggest process improvements.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) in case of quality deviations.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production / Industrial Engineering.Proven experience in Quality Control in Tube manufacturing and Precision Component industries.

Skills Required:
Expertise in measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, Roughness Tester).Strong knowledge of material standards and industrial codes.Good analytical and problem-solving ability.Excellent documentation and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
