· Conduct quality checks during all production stages.
· Inspect raw materials for compliance with company standards.
· Identify defects, document findings, and coordinate with production teams for corrective action.
· Perform product performance tests
· Maintain daily inspection and testing records.
· Ensure final product quality before packaging and dispatch.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce rework.
· 1–2 years of QC experience in luggage, bags, or related manufacturing.
· Strong understanding of materials and workmanship standards.
· Good communication and reporting skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel or ERP systems is an advantage.
