Quality Control Executive

• Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector with a strong mechanical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspections, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Interpret and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Quality Inspections: Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Testing: Utilize measurement tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, etc., to verify product dimensions and properties.
• Data Analysis: Analyze inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Problem Solving: Investigate quality issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold and improve quality standards.
• Training & Mentorship: Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement quality control measures to improve product reliability.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO and other relevant quality frameworks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and measurement instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
