Position: Quality Control Executive

Location: Unjha, Gujarat (Local candidates preferred)

Role Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing product quality standards across spice manufacturing processes. This role ensures compliance with food safety norms, internal benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine and random quality checks across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods

- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP adherence throughout the facility

- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions

- Collaborate with production and packaging teams to resolve quality deviations

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and other relevant standards

- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and sample preparation

- Train junior staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control procedures

Candidate Profile:

Education : B.Sc. in Food Technology or related field

Experience : 7–8 years in Spices or FMCG industry

Gender Preference : Male Only

Location Preference : Candidates from Unjha in Gujarat or nearby areas

Compensation & Benefits:

- ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 Net Take Home (based on experience)
