Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused QC Engineer to join our team in the electrical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with TUV, ISO, and other relevant standards. You will play a key role in maintaining quality systems and driving continuous improvement across production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of electrical panels, assemblies, and components.
• Ensure adherence to TUV, ISO 9001, and other quality standards applicable to electrical manufacturing.
• Maintain quality documentation and records as per audit requirements.
• Prepare and update QC checklists, test reports, and compliance records.
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support certification processes.
• Liaise with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide training to shop floor staff on quality procedures and inspection methods.
• Maintain calibration records of testing equipment.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes (LT/HT panels, switchboards, wiring, etc.)
• Familiar with TUV, ISO 9001, IEC, and related quality standards
• Good understanding of inspection tools, test procedures, and documentation
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle audits and compliance requirements confidently
• Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP/QMS software tools

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in electrical panel manufacturing or industrial electrical equipment
• Exposure to TUV certification processes and ISO audit handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,416.86 - ₹30,000.93 per month
