Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance of our products LED LIGHT PANELS/FANS and services to ensure they meet all necessary requirements prior to reaching the consumer. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting the final product to ensure it complies with legal standards and fulfills customer expectations. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility towards our customers and competitors are essential qualities for this role. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs and requirements in order to develop effective quality control processes. You will be tasked with devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes, setting requirements for raw materials or intermediate products from suppliers, and monitoring their compliance. Additionally, you will be required to ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines, as well as legal obligations. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members, providing guidance and feedback, overseeing all product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards, and inspecting final output to compare properties against requirements are all key responsibilities of this role. You will be responsible for approving conforming products and rejecting defectives, maintaining accurate documentation, conducting statistical analysis, and soliciting feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements have been met. Furthermore, you will need to submit detailed reports to appropriate executives, identify opportunities for improvement, develop new efficient procedures, and work towards preserving our reputation by ensuring that our products and services drive sustainable growth.
