Quality Control Engineer - Fabrication, Halol

We are currently looking for Quality Control Engineer - Fabrication for Leading Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry, Please find below JD for reference. Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical (Exp. in Mechanical Work will be considered). On-Roll Job 6 Days Working Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Profile / Responsibility

Minimum exp for Nature of Work: 1. Knowledge of sheet metal/Heavy fabrication 2. Knowledge of Welding Processes (i.e. MIG, TIG). 3. Knowledge of Drawing reading 4. Ability to take proficient decision. 5. Knowledge of KAIZEN, POKA YOKE by implementing such jigs, tools for reduction of Inspection time. 6. Knowledge of ISO standard (i.e. ISO13920, ISO2768). 7. Ability to handle Customers for Inspection activities and when require visit customer to understand quality issues. 8. Knowledge of various measuring instruments and their usage. 9. Basic Awareness of QMS 10. Knowledge about the GD&T dimensions 11. Knowledge of 8D and CAPA.

Job Profile / Responsibility:

1. Carryout product inspection of offered products. 2. Monitoring Quality related issues and its system entry. 3. Prepare documentation of inspection processes, which included detailed reports and performance record. 4. Recommend improvement measures to the production to ensure quality standards are met. 5. Guide production team about the QC issues to enhance the quality of the product. 6. Ensure Implementation of Corrective action and monitoring of effectiveness. 7. Analyzing root cause of defects if and giving the solution for zero defect. 8. System clearance of product in ERP, if any. 9. Follow the daily Inspection activity plan. 10. Record Internal NCR and share it with Production team for root cause analysis. 11. Suggestion for the improvement of the Products and Process. 12. Responsible for the QC activities such as Jigs, Fixture, Template validation plan. 13. Participation in New Product Development and prepare necessary documents in terms of quality.
