Quality Control Engineer

AMISH OPTICAL ENTERPRISE is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Quality Control Executive to join our Production Department. As the Quality Control Executive, you will oversee the manufacturing process to ensure that all products comply with Quality Standards.

The chosen candidate will conduct regular product evaluations, document inspection results, and suggest changes to the manufacturing process (If required). Applicants for this position should have a high level of attention to detail as well as strong technical and quantitative skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure products and procedures align with business policy, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of issues and perform appropriate corrective actions.

· Maintain complete records, such as inspection reports, quality logs, and audit findings.

· Analyse product and process performance to enhance areas for improvement.

· Conduct internal audits to assess quality control measures and assure compliance with quality management systems.

· Train other staff on quality control processes and best practices.

· Ensure complete order quantity is dispatched. In the event of any rejections, you will be responsible for making the required arrangements for re-work in collaboration with the Department Supervisor.

Education:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering

· Certification in Quality Control is Preferred

Experience:

· Prior experience of minimum 3-4 years in a quality control or quality assurance role, often in a manufacturing environment

Skills

· Meticulous and thorough approach to identifying defects and ensuring accuracy.

· Strong ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions to solve complex problems.

· Aptitude for finding the source of issues and developing practical solutions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting findings, documenting procedures, and training staff.

· Proficiency with quality management tools, software, and inspection equipment relevant to the industry.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Salary & Benefits

· 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 Per Month (Depending upon the capability & experience)
