Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Quality Control Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall process efficiency.

Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop reports to track key performance indicators.

Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field.

Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
