Job Description

Role Overview:

The Senior Civil Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all civil construction activities in solar EPC projects meet quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on inspection, monitoring, and quality assurance of civil works, materials, and processes across project sites.

Key Roles Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor quality management plans for civil construction works.

Ensure civil works are executed as per design drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.

Maintain documentation for all quality checks, inspections, and approvals.

2. Site Inspections Audits

Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with standards.

Identify deviations, non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

3. Material Resource Verification

Review and approve materials, construction methods, and work processes to ensure quality compliance.

Monitor proper handling, storage, and usage of construction materials on site.

4. Reporting Documentation

Prepare quality inspection reports, site observation records, and progress documentation.

Communicate quality findings to Project Manager and Quality Lead.

Support audits and client inspections with required documentation and reports.

5. Training Guidance

Assist in training site engineers and construction staff on quality standards and best practices.

Promote awareness of QA/QC procedures among site teams.

Qualifications Experience

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
