We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our products before release. You’ll be responsible for identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and ensuring the best possible user experience across platforms. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a structured testing mindset, and strong collaboration with development and product teams.
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, or Trello)
Conduct regression, functional, UI/UX, and performance testing across devices and browsers
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth releases
Validate bug fixes and verify product updates before deployment
Maintain clear documentation of testing processes and results
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA reviews (Agile/Scrum environment)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience as a QA Tester, Software Tester, or Quality Analyst
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)
Familiarity with manual and/or automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience testing web and mobile applications
Familiarity with APIs and automation frameworks
Knowledge of SQL for database testing
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
