Role : Salesforce Tester

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience: 7 Years +

Shift : 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST

Role Overview:

Salesforce Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications including UI, functional, and regression testing.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using Selenium and related tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality and timely releases.
• Identify, log, and track defects; ensure proper resolution and documentation.
• Manage and mentor a small team of testers; ensure adherence to testing best practices.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Ensure testing processes align with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Testing:

  Minimum 7 years (Manual + Automation).

• Selenium:

  Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in managing or mentoring testing teams.
• Exposure to manufacturing domain preferred.
