Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Team Lead, located in Ludhiana. The Quality Assurance Team Lead will oversee daily operations of the QA team, develop and implement test strategies, execute test cases, and ensure quality control. The role also involves analyzing test results and reporting defects, providing leadership and mentoring to QA team members, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards and processes. Qualifications Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills Proficiency in developing and implementing Test Strategies and Test Cases Excellent Analytical Skills Leadership and team management skills Experience with QA tools and methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in the ISP or telecommunications industry is a plus Show more Show less
