Quality Assurance Specialist


✅ Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end QA activities for web and mobile applications built on

    OutSystems and/or LEAP platforms

    .
  • Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency across applications.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements and identify defects early.
  • Ensure alignment with pharmaceutical digital quality & compliance standards (GxP, CSV, data integrity guidelines).
  • Track defects, perform regression testing, and verify resolutions.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing frameworks.


⭐ Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in QA testing

    (manual or automation).
  • Experience with

    OutSystems and/or LEAP

    (or other low-code platforms).
  • Strong understanding of

    UI/UX standards, usability testing, and front-end validation

    .
  • Demonstrated experience working on

    pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry projects

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Agile / Scrum

    methodology and ticketing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global project environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.


🚀 Nice-to-Have

  • Test automation experience (Selenium, Postman, or similar).
  • Understanding of compliance standards (GxP, CFR Part 11, validation documentation).
  • UI prototyping exposure (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
