Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Complaint Handling

  • Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints as per SOP.
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, and sales & others for timely response

Integrated Management System (IMS) Management:

  • Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant certifications
  • Manage internal/external audits and documentation

Process Standardization

  • Implement SOPs and standard work practices across QA, production & other areas
  • Review and update process documents periodically

Preferred candidate profile

we are seeking candidates with experience in adhesives or related domains, such as resin/emulsion manufacturing processes along with exposure of quality assurance function.

Should have 3-6 years experience in Quality Control/ Quality assurance of Printing Inks, adhesive industries.
