Quality Assurance Officer

You are a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer joining a team in Halol. Your experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry will be crucial as you ensure compliance with quality standards, implement QA protocols, and maintain regulatory documentation. Your role will involve overseeing quality assurance processes in production to uphold high standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and updating quality documentation, reports, and audits. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality standards will be essential, along with assisting in audits and regulatory inspections. You will be responsible for documenting and reporting product or service quality levels, developing and implementing inspection standards and workflows, and optimizing waste management while minimizing defects. Communication with relevant teams to identify and resolve issues, as well as training quality assurance team members on inspection processes and compliance procedures, will be part of your duties. You will need to implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including policies and procedures (SOPs), conduct supplier qualification and audits, and perform process validation and monitoring. Managing documentation control and change control processes, organizing internal audits to assess ISO & QMS effectiveness, and initiating preventive actions to address potential quality concerns are also key responsibilities.
