Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer (Plastic Injection Moulding)

Location: Loni Tronica City, Ghaziabad
Experience: 2 – 5 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Officer with a strong background in Plastic Injection Moulding to ensure product quality, process control, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inspection, defect analysis, and process improvement in a plastic manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks for raw materials, in-process moulded parts, and finished products.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for plastic injection moulding operations.
• Identify and resolve defects such as warping, flash, short shots, and sink marks.
• Maintain detailed inspection, rejection, and non-conformance reports.
• Collaborate with production to reduce rejection rates and enhance process stability.
• Support internal and external audits; ensure adherence to ISO and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Plastics Engineering.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in Plastic Injection Moulding or related manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, CAPA, and ISO systems.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

• Able to handle production floor quality checks independently.
• Flexible and proactive approach toward quality assurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
