Quality Assurance Officer

In the research industry, quality assurance (QA) roles focus on ensuring the reliability, safety, and compliance of research by performing audits, managing data integrity, and enforcing protocols. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management plans, verifying that research aligns with study protocols, protecting participant rights and safety, and maintaining public trust in the scientific process. QA professionals also ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitate the resolution of any identified issues.

• Education: A Master degree in Quality Assurance, a scientific discipline, we are expected in science background qualifications, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Proven experience in a quality assurance role is necessary.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Proficiency in data management, best practices for testing, and defect management is also crucial.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
