Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that all our academic and administrative processes meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and experience in monitoring and improving quality in the education field.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain the quality of academic and administrative processes.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure smooth operations.
• Collect feedback from students and staff to identify improvements.
• Help prepare reports and maintain quality-related documents.
• Support the management in implementing new quality policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Education or Management).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
