Job Description

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of home appliance components (motors, compressors, sensors, control panels, etc.).
Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (7 QC tools).
Knowledge of standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS, CE, BIS).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to product safety and reliability.
Hands-on experience with testing instruments and lab equipment.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
