Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the beverage category.
  • Define short-term and long-term sales targets for the category and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new market opportunities and emerging trends within the beverage industry.

Channel & Key Account Management:

  • Manage relationships with key accounts and distribution partners, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Expand the category presence across modern trade, general trade, quick commerce, HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Caf) channels, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop channel-specific strategies to optimize sales performance in different distribution streams.

Revenue & Profitability:

  • Meet or exceed category sales targets by driving revenue growth and optimizing margins.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market dynamics while ensuring profitability.
  • Regularly monitor financial performance and ensure budget alignment.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives to ensure brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Stay updated with competitive products, market shifts, and consumer preferences in the beverage space.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the executive team.
  • Use data analytics and CRM systems to drive decision-making and improve sales efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring optimal performance
  • Drive team engagement and accountability through clear performance metrics and regular feedback sessions.
