Channel & Key Account Management: Manage relationships with key accounts and distribution partners, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability. Expand the category presence across modern trade, general trade, quick commerce, HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Caf) channels, and other relevant platforms. Develop channel-specific strategies to optimize sales performance in different distribution streams. Revenue & Profitability: Meet or exceed category sales targets by driving revenue growth and optimizing margins. Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market dynamics while ensuring profitability. Regularly monitor financial performance and ensure budget alignment. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders. Lead customer engagement initiatives to ensure brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay updated with competitive products, market shifts, and consumer preferences in the beverage space. Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the executive team. Use data analytics and CRM systems to drive decision-making and improve sales efficiency. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring optimal performance Drive team engagement and accountability through clear performance metrics and regular feedback sessions.
Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of home appliance components (motors, compressors, sensors, control panels, etc.). Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (7 QC tools). Knowledge of standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS, CE, BIS). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to product safety and reliability. Hands-on experience with testing instruments and lab equipment. Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
