Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality of all products, managing quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The individual will also develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, train staff, and address any quality-related issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, Quality Control, and Industry Standards
• Experience in conducting Inspections, Audits, and Compliance checks
• Skills in developing and implementing Quality Assurance policies and procedures
• Ability to train staff and address quality-related issues
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in the agricultural or food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Agriculture, Food Science, or related discipline
