Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager at SyMetric, located in Bengaluru North, your role will involve ensuring that the company's products and processes meet or exceed customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. You will be responsible for managing the QA team, as well as developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System, Infrastructure, and Security Management Systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing Quality Assurance processes and procedures, including drafting and maintenance of SOPs - Understanding CSV and SDLC software development life cycle - Managing QMS and Infrastructure and Security Management Systems as per ISO standards - Leading and managing a QA team - Conducting Internal and External Audits, MRM, and risk management To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science - Experience in the Life Sciences industry, with a preference for the Pharma Industry - Certifications in Quality Assurance such as ISO would be a plus The ideal candidate for this position is a critical thinker who will actively contribute to improving the company's quality systems through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and collaboration with key partners.
