Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a quality management system (QMS) that meets customer requirements, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control plans, APQPs, MSA specifications, PFMEAs, SPC sheets, and PPAP documentation.
Implement lean manufacturing principles such as 5S systems, kaizen events, POKE YOKES, skill matrices, product audits, process audits, and external audits.
Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring project progress against milestones.
