The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process, including inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet compliance standards. The role involves collaborating with production teams, conducting audits, training staff on quality standards, and identifying areas for improvement to maintain product quality. Qualifications Experience in quality management, quality assurance, and quality control processes Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and standards Proficiency in conducting audits and compliance checks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and team collaboration abilities Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products Relevant experience in the garment or textile industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field Show more Show less
