Implement and maintain QMS per GMP. Conduct audits, vendor qualification, and quality reviews. Approve SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, specs, change controls, APQRs. Investigate OOS, OOT, complaints, oversee CAPA, and ensure compliance across all departments.
