What You Will Do

You will lead the establishment of robust QA/QC systems for our sodium-ion battery materials and cells.

This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, precision, and collaboration into a fast-evolving environment.

You’ll work closely with our process and R&D teams to set quality culture from the ground up, implementing analytical methods, control systems, and reproducibility frameworks that will define Uneverse’s scale-up journey.


Key Responsibilities

·      Build and lead QA/QC processes for battery bill of materials.

·      Define critical quality parameters (CQPs) and analytical standards for each stage.

·      Supervise analytical testing; translate Voice of Customer (VoC) into stable and critical process parameters.

·      Establish incoming material validation and batch certification protocols.

·      Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive process improvements with empathy and collaboration.

·      Ensure equipment calibration, documentation, and traceability to ISO / NABL norms.

·      Champion process discipline and data integrity, while maintaining a constructive relationship with production.

·      Mentor team members to adopt modern QA practices and scientific rigor.


What We’d Like You to Have

·      B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.

·      8–12 years of QA/QC industrial experience in chemicals, ceramics, pigments, carbon/graphite, energy materials, or specialty materials.

·      Exposure to thermal treatment processes and powder characterization.

·      Strong grasp of analytical instrumentation used for energy materials (XRD, SEM, BET, ICP, TGA/DSC, particle size, moisture analyzers etc).

·      Experience bridging R&D and production, influencing through knowledge and collaboration.

·      Working knowledge of ISO 9001, NABL, or GMP environments.
