Key Responsibilities
· Assist in conducting quality checks for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
· Support in sampling, testing, and analyzing products using standard procedures.
· Help ensure compliance with FSSAI and other relevant food safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and test reports.
· Assist in monitoring hygiene and sanitation practices in the production area.
· Work with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
· Participate in internal audits and support in preparing documentation.
· Learn and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards.
