Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Quality Assurance Intern. As a QA Intern, you will assist the quality assurance team in testing software and applications to ensure they are free of bugs and meet quality standards. This role offers hands-on experience with testing processes, defect tracking, and collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and executing test cases and test plans
• Perform manual and automated testing for Web & Mobile
• Identify and report bugs and issues to developers.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of test scripts.
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback on testing progress.
• Assist in running automated test suites and triaging failures.

Qualification:

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual and/or automation)
• Familiarity with writing and executing test cases
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Understanding of web and mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, Selenium, or similar is a plus
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document issues clearly
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
