Quality Assurance Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products/services. This role involves implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Should have good knowledge of documentation and audit for IATF 16949. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify quality deviations and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records. Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc. Provide training and support to teams on quality procedures and best practices Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality, etc.) Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Quality certifications (CQE, CSQE, etc.) Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
