Quality Assurance Executive

Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Executive for our beverage manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The candidate must have prior experience in the beverage industry, be male, and reside near Bahadurgarh. The role is responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining standards, and supporting smooth production with zero compromise on safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that all quality parameters are followed during production.
• Conduct in-process checks for taste, texture, pH, TSS, carbonation, and packaging.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality reports, records, and daily QA logs.
• Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per standards.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and GMP/GHP compliance across the plant.
• Conduct line clearance before production starts.
• Report deviations, defects, and non-conformities immediately to senior management.
• Assist in audits, certifications, and implementation of SOPs.

Requirements

• Must be male and residing near Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
• Minimum 1–3 years of QA experience in the beverage/food industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of quality control parameters (pH, TSS, carbonation, microbiology basics).
• Ability to maintain documentation and follow SOPs.
• Knowledge of FSSAI guidelines and basic food safety practices.
• Ready to work closely with production teams on the shop floor.

Qualification

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or similar stream.
