Quality Assurance Executive – EMS / PCB / Soldering

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Executive with hands-on experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCB assembly, and soldering processes. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, inspect assemblies, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and functional inspections of PCBs, solder joints, and electronic assemblies (SMT, THT, reflow, wave soldering).

Monitor and verify quality throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and ISO 9001 standards.

Conduct incoming material inspections (PCBs, solder paste, flux, components).

Prepare quality reports – NCR, CAPA, 8D, and root cause analysis.

Maintain detailed records of quality checks, test results, and corrective actions.

Assist in internal and external audits, supplier evaluations, and process improvements.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

Experience:

2–5 years in Quality Assurance within EMS / PCB / Electronics Assembly industry.

Technical Skills:

Familiar with AOI, X-ray inspection, microscopes, multimeters.

Knowledge of IPC standards, ESD practices, and defect analysis.

Pay: ₹155,000.09 - ₹962,284.25 per year
