About Us:
Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, analyze, and elevate service interactions, ensuring we consistently exceed our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Service Interactions: Review calls, emails, chats, and other channels to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze Customer Feedback: Review surveys, complaints, and metrics to spot trends and inform improvements.
  • Implement QA Procedures: Develop and deploy quality assurance guidelines, monitoring tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct Audits: Perform regular quality audits on interactions and processes, identifying non-conformance and driving corrective actions.
  • Train & Coach: Design and conduct training sessions on quality standards and best practices.
  • Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis of service quality issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed quality reports, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend improvement actions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify recurring trends.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for deviations from quality standards.
  • Interpersonal: Experience working with diverse teams and interacting with customers.
  • Data Analysis: Comfortable using Excel and basic analytical tools.
  • Training Development: Skilled in developing and delivering training modules.
  • Quality Management Knowledge: Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-focused QA role is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in QA, quality monitoring, or customer service compliance.
  • Demonstrated track record in quality audits, feedback analysis, and training delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
