We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web, mobile, and software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of testing concepts, tools, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
Perform manual and automation testing to identify bugs and quality issues
Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI, and UAT testing
Log defects, track issues, and verify fixes using bug-tracking tools
Collaborate closely with developers, product, and business teams to improve quality standards
Ensure software meets requirements, performance standards, and customer expectations
Participate in reviews, documentation improvement, and QA process enhancements
Generate clear and detailed test documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with manual testing and basic automation
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
Experience with testing tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, etc.
Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Postman (API Testing) is a plus
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Good to Have:

Knowledge of performance and security testing
Experience testing databases and writing basic SQL queries
Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git
