Role: QA Engineer Experience : 0.5–1.5 years Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Hybrid) About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their QA journey but eager to make a significant impact in delivering high-quality software products. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values agile methodologies, continuous learning, and collaboration across functions. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to a dynamic QA team working in an agile environment with a focus on parallel automation alongside development. Design and develop detailed test scenarios and test data to ensure complete and effective test coverage. Take ownership of assigned modules and aim for zero defects in production. Actively participate in requirement and testing walkthroughs to ensure alignment with functional goals. Conduct manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms. Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and Postman for API testing (experience with API automation is a strong plus). Prepare and maintain comprehensive test reports and documentation. Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and define test strategies. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Maintain a proactive attitude with a continuous learning mindset, adapting to new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies. Exhibit a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and solid problem-solving abilities. Requirements: 6 months to 1.6 years of hands-on QA/testing experience. Exposure to testing web and mobile applications, and familiarity with API testing. Working knowledge of automation tools (Selenium/TestNG/Postman).
