Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of hydraulic components and assemblies.
• Ensure products meet drawing specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes to identify defects and non-conformities.
• Assist in hydraulic system testing, pressure testing, and functional checks.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production, design, and vendor teams for quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal quality procedures.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and circuits.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, pressure gauges, etc.).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics.
• Basic knowledge of ISO/quality standards and documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
