Job Summary:

Senior QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites using

  Python

  and

  Selenium WebDriver

  .
• Build and enhance robust, reusable automation frameworks for web applications.
• Write test scripts to validate front-end, back-end, and API components.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure timely resolution.
• Implement and maintain automated test execution in

  CI/CD pipelines

  (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Track test coverage, performance, and test reliability over time.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and defect triaging.
• Contribute to improving QA best practices, processes, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of total QA/testing experience, with 3–4+ years in

  Python-based test automation

• Strong experience with

  Selenium WebDriver

  and related frameworks (PyTest, unittest, Robot Framework, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in

  API testing

  using tools like

  Postman

  REST-assured

• Knowledge of

  HTML/CSS/JavaScript

  and browser debugging.
• CI/CD tool experience (e.g.,
