Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Manager with 6 to 12 years of experience to lead our quality assurance team in Udyog Vihar, IV GGN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and management, with expertise in welding and related testing.

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
• Prepare and maintain quality procedures and protocols.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop/implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001:2008/2015 QMS Audits and other certifications for OEM environment.
• Handle Incoming, In-process, and Final inspections.
• Work with Purchase/VD to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.Tech, M.Tech).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC, with a focus on Supplier & Product Quality.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, including TIG, MIG, GMA, FMA, Preparing WPS, and detecting welding defects.
• Experience in handling third-party and customer inspections.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with vendors and drive product quality.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve supplier quality problems through audits and continuous improvement projects.
• Proficiency in EPDM/Rubber components, die-casting, fabrication, tooling, injection molding, various surface treatment processes such as galvanization, powder coating, and nickel plating.
• Experience in spearheading Supplier & Product Quality and handling ISO 9001:2008/2015 QMS Audits and other audits/certifications for OEM environments.
