Quality Assurance + BA

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can bridge business needs with technical execution while ensuring high product quality. The Business Analyst cum QA Tester will gather and document requirements, coordinate with teams, and perform testing to ensure that deliverables meet business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and support the development team.
• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and perform functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify and track bugs using JIRA (or similar tools) and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct backend validation using SQL and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality across all project stages.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis and QA Testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and basic SQL.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quality assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
• manual testing: 1 year (Preferred)
