You are a detail-oriented professional who excels at bridging business needs with technical execution to ensure high product quality. As a Business Analyst cum QA Tester, your primary responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with teams, and performing testing to ensure that deliverables meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. - Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process workflows. - Translate business needs into technical specifications and support the development team. - Design and execute test cases, test plans, and perform functional, regression, and UAT testing. - Identify and track bugs using JIRA (or similar tools) and ensure timely resolution. - Conduct backend validation using SQL and ensure data accuracy. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality across all project stages. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and manual testing. - Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and basic SQL. - Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
