As part of the Product R&D Team at Newen, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join us in the Hardware Design profile. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in architecting circuits for Power Electronics Products, with a specific focus on High Power IGBT based AC-DC and DC-DC Converter Design up to 250kW. Responsibilities will include designing large complex products encompassing Topology Design, Thermal Design, Enclosure Design, Magnetics & Filter Design, and Wire routing design. In addition, familiarity with NABL and UL approvals for BOM and Production Facility, as well as UL, ICE, CE Certifications, will be essential. The role will involve leading advanced research aimed at reducing costs of power electronic hardware and enhancing product endurance. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for selecting suitable sensors, computational platforms, protection devices, communication methodologies, and more to ensure optimal design outcomes. The qualifications required for this role include a degree in B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics). Candidates should possess hands-on experience with analog, digital, and embedded boards in tools such as ORCAD, ALTIUM, KiCAD, or PROTEL. Proficiency in various communication technologies, integrating microcontrollers and DSPs, and troubleshooting hardware using tools like DSO, Logic Analyzer, and Multimeter will be advantageous. With 3-5 years of experience in a Power Electronics Hardware Design role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to Newen's ongoing mission of driving sustainable energy solutions globally.,
