Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Evaluate:

    Assess agent interactions for compliance with quality standards and customer service metrics.
  • Feedback and Coaching:

    Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance.
  • Quality Reporting:

    Generate reports on agent performance and identify trends.
  • Training Support:

    Assist in creating training materials and sessions to improve agent skills.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify operational improvements and collaborate with managers to implement changes.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure agents adhere to compliance and data security standards.

Key Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a QA, international experience will have the priority
  • In-depth knowledge of performance measures
  • Analytical Skills MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work night shifts as required by the role
