Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at Infosys BPM Ltd., your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Demonstrating good experience and knowledge in Quality Management Systems, Process Improvement, and Service Delivery Quality Management Systems. - Applying a good working knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies. - Utilizing a good working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Lean methodologies. - Implementing Quality Assurance practices to lead stable and predictable process performance. - Leveraging industry-leading Quality audit platforms for effective quality assurance. - Analyzing complex data to identify and share key process improvements. - Applying understanding of Lean and Six Sigma concepts. - Demonstrating good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
