Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound telephone calls and other customer contact methods.
Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
Provide feedback and formal education to individuals on the phone.
Develop and implement effective quality control processes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve high-quality results.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of quality analysis principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using various software applications and tools.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
A professional/university degree is required.
