Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support and monitor the implementation of quality & governance frameworks across IT operations.
Maintain and enhance internal quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
Conduct periodic internal audits, gap assessments, and compliance checks.
Assist in preparing documentation, policies, and procedures to support certifications and audits.
Collaborate with delivery and support teams to ensure adherence to quality processes and continuous improvement.
Track non-conformities, risks, and corrective actions to closure.
Provide training and awareness sessions on quality, compliance, and governance practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT, Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of quality & governance standards and IT compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR).
Hands-on experience in implementing/maintaining ISO 9001/20000/27001 QMS.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
