Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in a domestic setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough quality checks on customer interactions to ensure high standards.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and enhance overall performance.
Identify and escalate potential process improvements.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Experience with CRM software and IT-enabled services.
